Hi folks. I’ve gotten a number of emails in the last 24 hours reporting difficulty logging in. I’m not sure exactly what the cause is, but it may well be related to our recent site repair.
In any event, some combination of the following steps seems to resolve the problem in most cases.
- Be sure that cookies are enabled in your browser.
- Clear your browser’s cache and try logging in.
- Delete your cookies and try logging in.
- Try all of the above, then follow the “lost password” protocol and try logging in with the new password.
If none of that works, email us (blue at bluemassgroup dot com) and we’ll try to figure it out.
